Helen is a HCPC registered counselling psychologist with 20 years of experience in private practice and corporate psychological services and has expertise in Employee Assistance Programs, stress management, and managing change.

Helen’s skills include counselling, CIM, ADHD, and facilitating workshops for staff health and well-being.  She also leads in policy and service development for psychological services.
